Core capability areas
MCSA Helicopter Technical Services was incorporated in 2000 to give rotary-wing operators a single, accountable source for maintenance, repair and overhaul. We work on airframes, dynamic components, engines and avionics — and we keep aircraft flying with fast, disciplined AOG support.
As a Transport Canada Approved Maintenance Organization under Canadian Aviation Regulations Part 573, every task is planned, executed and signed off to standard, with full traceability. Owners, charter operators and utility fleets trust MCSA to protect their airworthiness and their schedule.
Specialized and non-specialized maintenance across the whole aircraft — under one roof, one accountable team.
Shop overhaul, repair and bench-testing of rotable components to OEM specification, with full teardown, inspection and release documentation.
Main and tail rotor systems, gearboxes, drive trains and flight controls — inspected, repaired and rigged to keep dynamic components within limits.
Turboshaft engine maintenance, borescope inspection, hot-section access, module changes and troubleshooting to keep powerplants reliable.
Installation, repair and upgrade of communication, navigation and glass-cockpit systems, wiring and instrument work to current airworthiness standards.
Sheet-metal, composite and structural repair — corrosion treatment, panel fabrication and damage assessment returning structures to serviceable condition.
Aircraft-on-ground support to diagnose, source and repair fast — on-call outside shop hours to get you safely and legally back in service.
Scheduled inspections, life-limited-part tracking, AD/SB compliance and return-to-service — keeping your maintenance program on standard and on time.
Parts sourcing, exchange and logistics — traceable material with the documentation your records and your regulator require.
